Will you confirm my subscription?

Your subscription will be acknowledged by e-mail shortly after you subscribe. The e-mail will confirm the address to which the issues will be sent and details of when your subscription to Power Slam starts and ends.

The subscription price is in pounds sterling. If you are subscribing from outside the U.K., payment will be converted into pounds sterling at the current rate of exchange.

When will I receive my magazine?

Power Slam is published every five weeks. U.K. on sale dates for the second half of 2011 are as follows: Issue 204 on sale July 7; Issue 205 on sale August 11; Issue 206 on sale September 15; Issue 207 on sale October 13; Issue 208 on sale November 17; Issue 209 on sale December 22. Subscriber copies are despatched each month from our subscription office in Maidstone, Kent two days before the magazine goes on sale in the U.K.

Magazines are sent via first class mail in the U.K. and via air mail to all countries outside the U.K.

U.K. subscribers should receive their copies within one - two days. European subscribers should receive their copies within three - five days. American and Canadian subscribers should receive their copies within six - eight days. Rest of the world should receive their copies within ten - 14 days.

What can I do if my magazine doesn't arrive?

If your magazine doesn't arrive, you can e-mail us at powerslam@globalnet.co.uk (please include your name and address and the issue you are missing) or telephone Martin Cox at our subscription office in Maidstone, Kent on 01622 688945 (9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).

Can I subscribe by telephone?

You can subscribe to Power Slam via telephone, if you prefer, by ringing Martin Cox at our subscription office in Maidstone, Kent on 01622 688945 (9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). He can take your credit or debit card details over the phone.

How will you use my details?

We will not share your details with any other site or organisation, nor bombard you with any e-mail offers, newsletters or competitions.
